They exist, but don't make a huge difference in your choice of console.

at this point in the console lifecycle, neither do exclusives.

We'll see about that when the BIG 3 PS3 EXCLUSIVES come out this year.

I'm guessing by big 3 you mean LoU, GoW, and Beyond, but Ni No Kuni, Sly 4, and Puppeteer will be fairly big too I think (1-3 million over a couple years).

Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time is also coming to the Vita and Puppeteer doesn't seem too big to me.
