Capcom says this, but they'll port it to the Vita ;)
Keep in mind Sony have made the tools to make this an easier process, so it could be cheap enough that they'll just do, clearly their porting it to the PS3 and 360 is to make more money so adding another smaller platform will just mean more money. Just look at sega, they have made their racing game on literally on every system.
the only instance I don't see this game coming to the Vita is if Nintendo paid for exclusive right hand held version.....but I don't see that happening.
