Just do the math of all of the stars in our galaxy, then the universe. Then imagine if just a small percentage of those stars have planet systems. Then imagine again a percentage of those that have "Earth like" planets. The numbers are staggering and if you think that we are the only beings that exist in our vast universe, then I'd rank that level of craziness with the best the tin foiled hat community has to offer.
Then when you start getting into a multitude of dimensions.....yeah, there is a bunch of shit out there that we have no clue about.
