You know, if we as gamers say that, of those perpetrators that did play them, violent video games didn't affect these shootings in any way then we are in just as much denial as the NRA president that blamed violent video games.
VP Biden seemed to take a very mature view of this, and I personally think it would be constructive if we did the same thing. Think about it, gamers can be more mature and realistic about this problem than the NRA extremists. That would shock everyone and give a make a very strong statement to all that we are willing and able to look for solutions no matter where they be.
