How bad is it on the console version do you know? I've heard a lot of games have worse screen tearing on the consoles like Assassin's creed series ;x.

The only version I know except the PC one is the WiiU version. Also horrible screen tearing -_-

Are there any other issues with the game itself? Gamebreaking bugs? Missing textures? Broken text/audio o.o?

None that I'm aware of. Screen tearing and some FPS drops when you just enter an area.
