I hope for new awesome RPG's hopefully some in old school style too ^^
A new game for quantic dreams
And FF-Verus is planed as a PS4 launch title too ^^
The rest of the list sounds very likely
PS:Alan Wake 2 is on PC(confirmed) and PS4 (They try to make it possible too)
And Rare is sadly out of the game their whole studio restructures they only do kinect games now 
Sadly I don't think the remaining MS Studios will create a new IP MS has no interest in the console market anymore , the try to sell the entertainment division because of null profits for over a year now ( inkl xbox) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Studios
