2. Portal
3. No More Heroes
4. Mass Effect
5. Gears of War
The last one was pretty much a toss-up, but Gears is a pretty good game ( haven't really played any of the sequels) and definitely influential and I wanted to include only IPs that have become series, so that eliminates a lot of the great games this gen.
