The Vita is struggling the most out of the two. It hasn't been doing all to well and that's a fact. It's been out for practically a year now and in Japan it has had two Christmases already. (Not full years, though.)
Japan really seems to dislike it right now and that means that it's not boding to well in the other Regions either. (Which it's not. Except for maybe(!) Europe.)
