Good point oldschoolfool. Politicians leave all sorts of top secret documents on the train or wherever and no one fines the government - as far as I know. They should be the last to throw stones. That's worst than getting hacked.
I think Sony deserves a fine, however. Even if it's just for the way they dealt with the whole thing.
