IDK man there have been rumors that sony and MS will have- get this- halo and uncharted ready on their next systems. 

Not really. Halo 5 is pretty much confirmed for next XBox but Uncharted is rumored to be dropped considering Naughty Dogs history. I think it all depends on how well The Last of Us sells, which is a new IP. Something Nintendo has failed to create these past few years. Where is the next Zelda? Mario? Smash Bros? Sequels are fine but new IPs should be introduced within the first 1-2 years of a console's life cycle and it doesn't seem like Nintendo will do that.
