lol yea nintendo announced, games we expected, i don't see anything saving the wiiu, lol, people act like big third party games have been anounced, i didn't see any game that was above 360/ps3 graphics, and instead of yoshi's island which was rumored we got yoshi's epic yard which is a big meh.

I didn't like epic yarn either, so I understand what you're saying, but it's besides the point. There was an unexpected X game announced, that's megaton because Shin Megami Tensei is super cult in Japan iiuc.

Then, there's the new Monolith game.

And yes, there was a lot of doubt as to where all the games were, I lately made a thread on that, so this is anti-doom, especially when games that have previously sold in the 30million, 10 million copies each (3D Mario, 3D Zelda, Mario Kart).

To say this is not anti-doom is really really missing the point of being on a sales site. These games push consoles and thus sales. It's, by definition, anti-doom.

honestly  looking at sales, i don't think any of them will really save the wiiu, look at the wii sales now, it just launched with mario and its selling like crap so soon after launch, what makes you think these othere mario games will  sell systems when it not working now, the othere games you mentioned should give the wii u a good boost in japan by about 300,000 units but that about it.

This is probably a waste of time... but..

People don't all rush out to buy a console for one game they want.  Not every single person who bought an X-Box 360 bought it the moment Halo 3 came out.  A lot of people are going to wait till the system has a few more games.  Some people are looking for something besides 2D Mario.  Some people really love Mario Kart, others are into Wii Fit etc.

And of course, some people just are looking for a combination of things.  Uncharted looked cool, but it wasn't enough to make me run out and buy a PS3.  Heavy Rain came out, and I wanted the system a little more.  Infamous 2 looked really cool as well.  It wasn't one game that made me buy a PS3, but a combination of factors.

Likewise, there are going to be some people who like 2D Mario, but not enough to invest in a Wii U.  But those people might buy a Wii U for New Super Mario Bros, Wii Fit, and Mario Kart.  Like any other console sales increase when the library increases.

its just not about games though, where is the interest, its a new nintendo console at 299$, not limited in stock and selling like a dead system, jsut horrible WW, its just not about games, it about marketing, brand awarness, and games.

I have seem some biased people around here. But your bias against Nintendo is in another level. Is like every time you make a post is to talk some nonsense about Nintendo.

did i ever say nintendo games suck, i think mario and zelda are great, i don't like the wii mote or the specs, i'm just making my predictions on what the system will sale, and looking at sales so far i'm on point.
