nintendo support will, as usual, dry up in a few years as they prep for their next console launch (likely the successor to the 3DS) leaving nothing left if third parties don't show. that's not a mistake i want to make again.

The absence of anything third party is explained by the announcement of another Nintendo Direct specifically for third party games.
And you bought or intend to buy a Wii U? I don't believe you.

oh, hadn't heard that.
and no, i haven't bought a wiiU. i may, i may not. you forget i've owned every nintendo home console since the NES plus a GB and DS. my hate for nintendo and these forums is due to nintendo failing to deliver a gaming platform worth my money last gen. i felt exteemly ripped off. i won't buy a wiiU as an early adapter, of that i'm certain. ..but i might buy one a year or two in if they can deliver a system worth my money. we'll see.
