I've seen some pretty valid debates about that demo accusing intel of shady business. Something about limiting FPS to 30 on both rigs... After the revised ivy bridge TDP lie they tried to sell at CES, people were calling them out on everything.
Regardless though, I agree that AMD is trouble, but I don't think it's because of falling behind intel in the enthusiast market or even performance in general. Competing with Intel at 300+ dollar price points is not what would have saved them. Being competitive with laptops in terms of power consumption, and having a sound mobile strategy however...
