Black and White, works fine on my system.
I just set the games compatibility mode to Windows 2000 and done, took 2 seconds.
Everyone should know how to do the above after all these years.

Unreal 2 and Unreal Tournament and even the original Unreal Gold works fine via Steam in Windows 7 for me too.

And I never did like Deus Ex, so can't verify.
