It's most likely fake.
And naming it that would be stupid. If '3DS' and 'WiiU' are confusing to people then having 'XBox' next to 'XBox 360' (which even sounds like it's a better machine because of the added '360') is definitely going to confuse people.
That said, I'm anxious to see it announced though (and PS4 as well for that matter)!
