When a known 3rd party developer for ubisoft on gaf says, yes these are basically right... I think they are basically right. (along with several others who have very reliable insiders and are right over and over again...)

I really don't even understand why you all are so against it.

 

EDIT: "right" as in matching the latest dev kits.... just wanted to clarify.
