How is that possible? Even the smallest developer has a running NDA on them. They talk, let alone confirm anything about the new consoles -> ruin for them.

Not sure what you're looking for. Lastest stuff has come from reputable sources due to CES related backroom shows. Devs and other insiders have given thumbs up to what is there. There's plenty of that around this forum and especially gaf if you curious.
Not sure if you just don't like the rumors or what, but at this point and time, it is what is coming and frankly, its too late for them to change unless they plan on delaying and releasing late 2014.
