First off, it's much too early to be talking like this. I know it's difficult, but just remember that nearly every platform in history has trouble when it first launches. Launch libraries and the six-to-nine months that follow are always light on big software as things always get delayed and word spreads that the system actually exists. Wii U isn't exceptional in this case, it is merely normal.
Secondly, not taking off isn't an option. Wii U will come to represent about 50% of Nintendo's business in the next year or two, and it will stay that way for five or six years. So "not taking off" isn't an option for them, and believe me, Iwata won't let that happen. We're probably all in store for some megaton bombs at E3. Wait for it.

The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
