How some mods interpret a certain rule and decide to ban you on that. My first ban was for saying "will wait for adjustments" in a sales thread, it was interpreted as attacking the site and its numbers. Ive seen countless people do the same thing. The ban was unfair and is still nagging me.

Well I am here to fix that issue for you!

Your first ban was actually for calling nomoreingrato a moron for a thread he did on Uncharted 3 being a flop. You were never actually banned for questioning numbers, you were just warned for it. I'm guessing because it was a hit & run post. I don't know exactly because it was moderated by Machina when he was on here. If you ever see him, feel free to ask why he warned you for that post.

You're welcome. :)

NVM, you were banned! my mistake. I'll have to hunt down Machina and ask him one day. :/ Although he did warn you about it 3 days prior to not post the "adjustments" comments.

That was when he spent 3 months in every weekly sales thread it seemed saying the PS3 was under tracked, waiting for adjustments.  It took a lot of threads off topic.  Not saying whether it was right or not but it did get old reading it in every thread questioning the numbers.  He now does the same with GT5 at any opportunity but actually soundly gives his reasons which he never used to do.  In that regard you could argue the mod action helped him become a "better" poster.  I used to think the same about some of my posts but that got modded but now I just shrug and realize I need not have put myself in a position that a mod could make a call.

Yep, agree. I also appreciate the fact I wasn't banned from a big sig last week but rather contacted by Kantor to make it smaller. (was banned few times due to sigs and arguing about it with a mod)
