Both are coming this year at lest in 1 territory. What Kaz is most likely referring to is an early announcement/reveal. Maybe he means Sony plans on unveiling the PS4 after Xbox to take away some of the spotlight. |
exactly. Now when they announce PS4 Sony can do the whole "xbox says they'll do this, but as you can see we do it better" basically. Also MS has to commit to a release and everything then. Also they can point out services and games that they know won't be on Xbox since they would've been announced.
