All the games you counted are spin-offs they are not new ip's the only new ip from Microsoft that i can remember is Alan Wake,Crackdown and Viva Pinata. I'm not going to do any research cuz i'm too damn lazy.

Gears of War would like to say hello yes its developed by Epic but its published by Microsoft plus there a tons of new ip's for the Kinect.

Uncharted would like to say hello, Plus i don't count Kinect,move,WiiSports games they are all bundled and you know it. If you want to count it go ahead
