Why would you think Windows Tablet will succeed? Android is a free OS and has lots of app in its store while Windows is paid and can't compete with the amount of apps. Look at how Surface doing. 


2 reasons:

1.) The Android tablet market is already way too crowded.

2.) Windows tablets have Office, which is a massive selling point.

I agree with the first one. But there are Office programs for Android too although not from MS. Not sure anyone would do complex use of Office on his/her tablet. The use will be occasional and any free Office program may just work well.
