No link needed source is vgchartz.  Also the majority of all games published by Microsoft this generation where new ip's only Halo, Forza, and Fable had games on the original X-box.  And some games in those ip's are new ip's Forza Horizion and Halo Wars and the very unsuccessful Fable: The Journey.   If you include 3rd party games the gap is even bigger 743 million versus 646 million.  The 360 also sells more software online Minecraft sold over 5 million copies in just a couple of month.

All the games you counted are spin-offs they are not new ip's the only new ip from Microsoft that i can remember is Alan Wake,Crackdown and Viva Pinata. I'm not going to do any research cuz i'm too damn lazy.
