Yeah...I get that, and this isn't really about legal obligation here.
This is more about "customer's always right".
Kinda like, how when you buy most things at Best Buy and Walmart, and they obligated to take the return if you don't want it or change your mind. Best Buy & Walmart aren't actualy legally obligated.....but they are obligated via INDUSTRY STANDARD.
