One thing I wanted to say--despite reports to the contrary, Batman looks noticeably better on the Wii U. I played both the 360 version (installed on the HDD) and the Wii U version at the same time and everything looked sharper. The only issue was that, when the open world loaded a new area, there was a framerate stutter.
I imagine that if Wii U gets the option to install or if I'd gone digital, that wouldn't have been a problem, either.
