WHY THE HELL does Sly Cooper Thieves in Time come out in Europe almost 2 MONTHS LATER than in the US???

Didn't the europeans get PS3 few months after the Americans? So, by this logic, the software should also be delayed.

As someone said, I think language diversity is a matter to be considered here.
