@ iceland: The threads I'm thinking of could be different than this one (but I'm pretty sure it's this type). The reason why mod permission is required is because months ago we had so many threads like this that they established that you need permission first. Although since we haven't had a thread like this in ages I'm sure it's not a big deal.
