Tory propaganda at its finest by the looks of it.
It really is pathetic, the infrastructure can't cope with any substantial amount of snow whatsoever, the article may blow it out of proportion, but I don't think it the snow alone could have such an impact upon the economy, many factors true, snow being the least of them.
Disconnect and self destruct, one bullet a time.
