what about Bungie's Project destiny? That is basically confirmed to be a 360 game, probably even at least timed exclusive.
What about Black Tusk, Rare, Lionhead, 343i, Turn10, MS Victoria games that are all working on "next gen AAA games" according to job ads?
What about Respawn Studios (former Infinity Ward guys) who are working on a new action game as well?
There are way more rumors than this very short list
