If you can only recognise 1 character then you obviously weren't a big PS fan back in the ps1 days like how you were probably a big Nintendo fan back then

 

so this game wouldn't need to to cater to you if you didn't grow up with the characters..

 

but there is nothing wrong with that though. I was a big Nintendo fan aswell but i was also a big PlayStation fan so i knew who most of the characters were in Battle Royale no different than how i knew who most of the characters were in Smash Bros


Yes, I completely agree with you. I just believe that Nintendo's IP's are so much more recognisable to the general public, which goes a long way to selling a game like this. If even as a gamer I recognise less than five of these characters, it's a bit bleak. I reckon they should've had Croc in the roster =p Legend of the Gobbos FTW!
