There is going to be a much bigger gap between the NeXbox and Wii U than there was between the Gamecube and PS2.  That's like saying the PS2 was only slighter better, in terms of graphics, when compared to the PS1 and N64.

@ OP

I believe the PS4 will have a slight edge over the NeXbox.  I would say similar to what the PS3 had over the 360 this gen, maybe slightly more.  I think that MS is more interested in having a platform to help push Windows 8, as well as have the Kinect a big focus from the start.  Sony, on the other hand, seem to be sticking to the same route they have always been on, mainly focus on gaming, but throw in a few extra bells and whistles.  Time will tell whether this is true or not, and if it is true, which method will work.

The PS2 is much stronger compared to the PS1, just like the Wii U is much stronger compared to the Wii.

But not the PS3/360.

I must have missed Nintendos games on PS360 then aka what does it matter how strong the other consoles are. If you are interested in nintendo games the Wii U IS a mayor step up from previous gen and since this forum already came to the agreement that the Wii U won't pull significant third party support I don't see the point comparing it to PS360. A wise man once said "It's not the same content, it's not the same games".

Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.
