Hmm the problem I have with All-Stars is that it has absolutely no content whatsoever. It's like Tekken 3D Prime all over again for me. The "campaign" is just a string of versus matches and the much hyped "rival" stuff is just a fucking 15 second cutscene slapped in front of yet another versus match. The challenges are versus matches with certain goals to reach to get medals. The unlockables are laughable. I have no idea why there are mascots or banners to unlock, they are the very definition of "slapped on last minute".
Overall, All-Stars feels like a concept of proof that a PS Smash is possible in gameplay, but they left out all the content for an actual game. That they actually sold this tech demo is ridiculous. ANd that I bought it is even worse. I feel like Sony still owes me an actual game.
