No, GameCube was second-most powerful out of the three in that generation. PS2 was last, Xbox was first. So Wii U: Dreamcast is actually pretty spot-on if this turns out to be true. GameCube doesn't get an equivalent in this because this time there will be two near the bottom level of performance and one way out in front... as opposed to two consoles being fairly close and one being noticeably worse. If that makes sense. This is kinda confusing, honestly lol.
