I don't get why everyone thinks MS will price it much lower than Sony. As a business, both are aiming to make profits and not make big loses. Seeing how the Xbox made huge loses, and the 360 took so long to breakeven overall, I don't think MS wants to again disappoint shareholders with big loses again.
