That's quite interesting.
According to the electromagnetic machines I am somewhere between 10 and 15 % (noting their inaccuracy). But until recently I would still have counted as 'overweight' via BMI, which goes to show how inaccurate BMI can be.
By that metric, my fat index would list me as closer to underweight than over.
