You just watch a replay, take a picture, and it sends it to forzamotorsport.net if you're logged into Live. You log in there with your Live ID and it pulls up your stats, photos, auctions, etc.
It's a really slick setup. Consider me impressed.
BTW, even the amount of options for a photo are ridiculous. It lets you control color, saturation, shutter speed, f-stop, everything. The amount of thought Turn 10 put into this game is flat-out sick.
