Not for Vita, but Sacred Citadel has been announced on the PlayStation Blog, and the guy from the developer is getting pretty hounded over how no Vita is a let down/they'd buy it instantly on Vita. Maybe if enough people are vocal about these PSN titles being for Vita, more PSN stuff will be PSV as well as PS3.
