The most violent I become playing games is probably when I play CoD or Halo online and I'm on a losing streak: I usually swear and sometimes hit the couch with my hand, but 1) I never throw my controller and 2) I always tell myself that getting frustrated will probably just make me worse, so I calm myself down haha
