Australia is a great place to live, except it is also one of the most expensive countries to live in on the planet if you want to live in one of the major cities. It can be a struggle for many to make ends meet even with a good job. For example I am on my way to Europe in a few days for a holiday for 4 weeks which will cost me less than holidaying in Aus in similar fashion.
