if a guy has to meet a dangerous criminal to buy a gun and instead of whatever it costs, you Americans, a gun it costs him/her lets say 3000$, the average person would say its freaking obvious it would be much more difficult for him to purchase one instead of going to a shop near his house and pay 100$ for one
