The 360 and PS3 are so similar it is hard to say that one is superior to the other. The games you mentioned looks good but they are also only developing for one console. Just like Forza, Halo, and Gears looks great on X360. It is because they are developing for one system rather than both. This let's them learn the ins and outs. The reason third parties struggle is because X360 is easier to develop for. This is a mistake on Sony's part and something they will need to improve upon in the future.
If you want to argue about superior systems buy a PC as you will get no where by mentioning a few games on X360 and PS3
