release a game that everyone wants, get Japanese developers to stop supporting the psp and support the vita, get rid of the 3g vita, drop the price to $200, advertise more, drop the price of the memory cards (8gb should only be $5)
and that rear touch pad, well its too late to get rid of it but it was a bad idea, also multi-touch sucks. you have to use your fingers. also do what sega did. make an awesome game that comes with the system, advertise well, make fun of the competition (smart phones and 3ds) advertise to the adult gamer, and put some internal storage!!!
