First of all, is that Raidens same voice actor? His voice and acting are awful. So cheesy and bad!
Second, what's up with his complete character change? He was never a blood thirst character. He's completely different according to this trailer.
Also, the enemies weren't supposed to be human. Were those cops human or machine? Thought I saw him grab some "cores" out of a few (indicating they weren't human), but wasn't sure.
