First, I think the colors are too washed out for my taste. Looked like I was seeing it through a filter.
Second, it doesn't seem like he's moving fast, and the time warp effect only occurs in hyperslash mode, but Raiden doesn't seem to get hit as often as I would expect by being surrounded by guys with guns. Impression: not so good of an AI.
