Sony have always had a history of releasing bundles for their platformer games on portable consoles and it's had decent success for them.

Look at Daxter (4.06 million), Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters (3.64 million) and LittleBigPlanet (2.16 million sold) on the PSP.  Hopefully this will help the Vita as well.
