The DualShock controller layout has pretty much been perfect since day 1. They don't need to change it!
The main controller design needs to stay the same but I do want to seem some tweeks here and there for the DualShock 4 next gen

The position of the anologs on the 360 is so much better, the triggers also geel like crap on the ps3, and the way the controller is designed, most gamers in the us will tell you the 360 controller is so much better.

and yea i live in the U.S so i know how everybody feels on the whole controller thing. Everybody likes the triggers and the Analog positions on the 360 controller better and everybody likes the D-Pad on the PS3 controller better
i agree on the R2 and L2 buttons though
Edit: I'm sure they will release a 3rd party controller for the PS3 that will have the left analog stick swapped with the D-pad.
