Nintendo can never win with some people..

Bottom line is people, Nintendo fan, X-Box fan, or otherwise, usually have some sort of bias, and seek to confirm that.

Conversation I had with a coworker-

Him: The Wii sucks. I haven't played my Wii all year.
Me: Why not?
Him: Nintendo doesn't make any games for real gamers.
Me: What kind of games are you looking for?
Him: Shooters, RPGs...
Me: Have you tried Xenoblade or the Last Story?
Him: No.
Me: Why not? They're two of the best RPGs in years.
Him: Because I never play my Wii.
Me: *Shake head and stop talking*.

Overcoming preconceptions is hard, and Nintendo is going to have a challenge there.
