how about the top 10 newcomers that are the most active. that's my vote.

i'll do a guess The1, Fox, DanneSandin. i'll hit Rainbow yoshi up on FB. and i got snubbed in 2010, as i didn't post on anyones wall to get votes, and when i did they closed the polls. it was during Christmas wk. who the hells going to waste time voting during that time.
