Gamewise doesn't make that distinction currently but we can certainly add ways to tag or group the things you track. The main difference between the two systems (as I have mentioned already in this thread) is that on VGChartz you add a particular SKU (i.e the PS3 version of Black Ops 2) but on Gamewise you just add the game (Black Ops 2) so the concept of a specific collection of games on specific platforms won't be the same. In essence, it would be the same as on here, with the only distinction that on Gamewise, it's not possible to determine which system someone has tracked since it's not differentiated by platform. But yeah, being able to group the games we track (maybe Own, Previously Owned, and Wishlist, as examples).
