They never have for ANY beta that I've been a part of. The carrying over stats is what I'm talking about. Also I get into a match instantly on favor of the gods. The only one I had problem with was Capture the Flag, but this was when it was still in "private" beta mode and wasn't available to PS Plus users so consequently there weren't very many players online.

How does GoW CTF feel like? It doesn't fit in my head.

You go to the enemy's base and capture their flag. Whilst in the process of picking up the flag you can get knocked back which stops you from capturing it. If you capture it you have to run to your base and return it but enemies can attack you and kill you. If you die then you lose the flag and it goes back to the enemies base. Usually during the middle of the game the gods interfere and another flag shows up which both teams can capture. If done correctly you can then capture 2 flags at the same time.
